For those individual motor home owners who want to reduce their expenses, Private Motor Home RV Rentals will match renters with your motor home. 

Our web site draws a large customer pool with summers being the busiest time, although Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break are also good rental times.

We have standard rental rates that Private Motorhome Rental will recommend, and we will provide you with the necessary forms you will need, such as the reservation form, insurance info, rental contract and accounting form.

You will receive training either online or a written copy. We do some initial customer screening when the renters first contact us, then we refer them to the individual owners.

You will continue to house your motor home at your home. The renter comes to you  you will go over the motor home operations with him at check out time. You will receive a deposit from the renter when the reservation is made, then final payment is due when the motor home is picked up including a $1000 security deposit.

This is a great program. We offer credit card acceptance and we have a roadside assistance program for the renter (and owner too when you are out on the road). You can rent out your motor home when you are not using it to help defray cost of maintenance, upkeep and/or monthly payments. We do all the advertising.
