Fees & Charges

Daily Rental

$300 (4 night min)

Weekly Rental

$2100 - Ask about discounted "off-season" rates Oct - Feb!

Monthly Rental

$7875 - Ask about discounted "off-season" rates Oct - Feb!

Reservation Deposit

Minimum $700 or half the rental fee - whichever is greater. (necessary to secure reservation)

Security Deposit

Minimum $1500, (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 4 days after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.

Insurance Fee

Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company or Fee Per Day Plus Admin Fee Through Our Company

Mileage Fee

.50 per mile in excess of 150 miles per night rented.

Generator Charge

5 hours per day free and then $3 per hour

Cleaning Charge

$300 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments, carpets, flooring and fabrics.

Additional Charge

$50 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.

Cancellation: If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental $100 is forfeited. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental deposit will be forfeited.

Pets: $100 additional rental fee, plus an additional $500 on the security deposit.
