*Security Deposit: Minimum $5,000.00 to $15,000 (Pets may be an additional charge) *Typically refunded within 10 business days after coach is returned, assuming no damage less overages. *Insurance: Obtain a binder through your insurance company or purchase the protective package ($495 plus $150/day - $10,000 to $15,000 damage retainer – additional security deposit may be required). The protective package includes insurance through Wheelbase/Liberty Mutual (third-party) and roadside assistance. The damage retainer covers the cost for repairs and/or deductible, costs for logistics, and the cost for administration. The retainer is the maximum amount of loss per accident. *Reservation Deposit: Half of the total is due for reservation and balance due 45 days prior to the start date. *RV Rental Delivery/Retrieval: Can be added to your package. *One Way RV Rental: Can be added to your package.
